We employ three managers, four supervisors, fifteen child care workers.
We promote staff retention by being open and honest with employees, offering full induction training, in house training,regular one to one development meetings, and annual appraisals, together with information on college or university courses.
Each staff member will be added to the rolling programme of Food Hygiene, First Aid, and Child Protection and refresher paperwork training.
Each staff member will attend supervision six weekly with their immediate line manager and appraisals with the manager annually. Where staff training needs, will be identified and targeted
There will be an analysis on their training needs by the managers and self-reflection throughout their time with us.

We rotate our staff on a regular basis and work within the five play settings. This allows for all of the children to get to know all of the staff.
